You must be 18 or older to hold an account. We check new accounts, and an account opened with a false date of birth is closed straight away. Parents can use filtering software such as CYBERsitter or Net Nanny to keep children away from gambling sites.

Deposit limits

Setting a deposit limit is available to help you manage your spending, and our system stops any deposit above a limit you set. For more information about deposit limits, write to [email protected].

Taking a break or self-exclusion

You can exclude yourself from our casino for 7 days, one month, six months, indefinitely or another period you choose, using our self-exclusion form, which you send to [email protected]. The exclusion covers your account with us; if you play elsewhere, contact those operators too. You can change your mind within 72 hours of sending the form. An indefinite exclusion can only be reviewed after at least six months.

A fixed exclusion is not lifted before its end date. When it ends, our self-exclusion form says the account reopens on the expiry date, while our account rules say it stays closed until you ask us to reactivate it.
